James Charles Crimiel III (born June 9, 1999), known professionally as TrE, is an American singer, songwriter, dancer and actor. A pop and hip-hop influenced R&B musician who works in a variety of genres. He has been called the “Memphis Chris Brown” by peers inside and out of Memphis. His lyrics reflect the events of his past and present experiences with love, heartbreak, betrayal, hope and manifestation. TrE has always had an ear for music and an eye for art. But it wasn’t until the summer before his Junior year that he officially realize his gift and purpose in this world. Originally starting in a boy band of 3 members from his middle school choir, to joining Heal the Hood Foundation of Memphis, (a non-profit organization who has a positive impact on the youth in Memphis), and officially becoming a solo artist. Since then, he has done over 200 school tours in Memphis from elementary to high school by the age of 16 to 18 years old. Eventually, TrE moved forward with his career still thanking and being grateful to those who have helped him on his journey thus far. Now TrE is 27 and is a member of a new upcoming label named “Number One Entertainment”, (N.O.E) as the only R&B artist/singer. N.O.E is partnered with the an upcoming production company out of Kansas City, Missouri named “TYG Productions.” Together, both groups have set a blaze in Memphis and in the road performing and giving exactly what the industry is missing, which is entertainment. TrE is currently promoting 2 of his hit singles, which are out on all platforms, and has reached radio stations and audiences worldwide. Both companies are working together to release more upcoming projects from TrE including is first EP. TrE has opened for artist such as Anthony Hamilton, Glorilla, Boosie badazz, Moneybagg Yo, G Herbo and more. Within the next year, TrE plans on becoming a household name that will hold weight the industry and world for generations to come. His ultimate goal in music is to spread the love of God and music through his gift.
